I am very curious if there is a difference between cost of Canadian travel and USA travel. After some time you will be able to name a figure for each country as to it economic travelability! Your documented calcutaltions adds a new level and dimension that I haven't ever read in other travel mags/books/sites. Sure most travel books say how much a hotel is etc, but this is a new level. And the reality is, it doesn't matter what level of travel- from hitchhiking and backpacking to tour bus- their is a daily cost.
